Beach Pics - Part 2

Consignment Time

I have proof that my kids are spoiled rotten....(aka LOVED!!!).  After almost 3 years I have decided to consign the kids clothes.  Keep in mind that I am ONLY selling Maddie and Zack's clothes...ONLY winter clothes.  Here is a picture of what I am selling next week.  It is hard to see in this picture, but there are 5 racks of clothes, tons of toys, and blankets.  I also had a changing table and a couple of bouncers.  There was so much stuff that it took mom and me 2 hours to put a price tag on everything.  I think they are beyond blessed!  Not to mention that we also get to borrow Aaden and Callie's clothes (again, not selling those).  Yep...BLESSED!!

Happy Anniversary

13 years ago today I went on my first date with this amazing guy.  5 years later I was lucky enough to marry him.  8 years later here we are with 2 amazingly perfect kids.  I thank God every day for sending me my wonderful husband.  He is the yin to my yang, my best friend, and my rock.  I love you so much honey!  Here is to many, many, many more wonderful years of wedded bliss!

Saturday & Sunday July 7 & 8

Saturday morning was our time to say goodbye.  We packed up and headed out by 9:30am.  Stacy and the boys headed on back to GA (they had a 7 hour drive) while Mamaw, Papaw and the rest of us headed to Broadway for a little shopping and an early lunch at 11am at Senior Frog.  Then we headed back to A'boro to stay the night.  Our 3 hour drive turned into over a 4 hour drive thanks to traffic so once we got to Mamaw and Papaw's house it was time for dinner. 

Sunday we got to attend High Pine's last day to have Pastor Wyatt as their preacher (he is moving across the state to start a church in South Port).  Most of  you remember Pastor Wyatt as the preacher that married us. It was a wonderful service and I'm glad that I got to say goodbye.  After church and lunch we headed down to see my grandpa (the twins' great-grandpa).  We haven't seen him since Christmas so it was wonderful for for us to get to visit with him.  Then it was time for us to head home.  We loaded both cars down and headed back.  I think we had a wonderful vacation, but we were ready to be home. 

I'm hoping to post pictures soon.  I have class tonight and then tomorrow is our wedding anniversary.  So...not really sure the exact date that I will have those up.  Hopefully soon!

Friday - July 6

Friday was our last day to head out onto the beach so we took full advantage!  After the kids' normal lunch and naps we all went to the pool.  Maddie and Zack got very adventurous and even "swam" a little with their floaties on.  So cute!  After our pool time we headed back to the room for dinner.  After dinner Mamaw and Aunt Stacy went out shopping while Mommy, Daddy, and Papaw watched the kids until their bedtime.  Once the kids went to bed Mike and I went out dancing (shagging) at a local club.  They had a live band "Chairman of the Board".  We had fun dancing however, all the staying up late and getting up early had taken its toll on me so we called it an early night.  Yep, apparently I'm getting old! LOL!
