Monday

Sunday night Aunt Amy, Uncle Michael, Callie and Cayden came.  We all stayed the night at Grammy and Pop's house.  The kids just had a blast playing.  They watched movies, and just had fun being kids. 

Monday morning we played a little, but had to say our goodbyes.  Thank you Grammy and Pop for allowing us to come visit!!

Sunday

On Sunday we got up and went to Great-Aunt Madelin's church.  That night we had Harper's Luau Party.  We had so much fun!!

Weekend Fun

On Friday, after Zack's surgery we left for Jacksonville to see Grammy and Pop. 

Saturday we had a busy day.  We got up and went to the park.  Then after nap we played hard in the sun.  We had visits from Aunt April and cousins Peyton and Cannady.  Then we got to play with Harper, Bethany, Erin, and Danny.  We had so much fun!!

Happy Memorial Day

I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day! I wanted to take a few seconds to thank all our service men and women. Because of you, we can all sleep safe and sound at night. Thank you!!

Zack's Surgery

Zack's surgery went perfect. He is now full of tubes and adenoid-less. He slept the entire recovery time. Once he woke up he cried little to get the IV out, but once it was out he was back to his normal happy self. We went home for a little while, and then we were off to Grammy and Pop's house. Mike and I joked that we thought the adenoids must be what keeps you quiet, because once Zack woke up yesterday he did not stop talking. The entire 5.5 hour drive to j-ville he was non-stop. Thank you so much everyone for all the prayers.

Off to surgery

Today is Zack's surgery. Here he is posing in his gown and with his new toys from the doctor (it's a Woody and Alien toy from Toy Story).

Last Day of Preschool

Wednesday was our last day of preschool in the 2's class. I can't believe how much these two have grown in a school year! They are both incredibly very smart!

This is Maddie's superlative. She got the best Spanish Senorita award. Super proud of both kiddos!

Today when I went thru the kids bags from school I saw a superlative. This was Zack's. He was valedictorian of his class. Awesome right? This is the same little boy at the beginning of the school year that hardly spoke two words. We are so proud!

White Water Rafting

Saturday, Mike and I went with our Sunday School class on a trip to white water raft.  The water was cold, but it was a lot of fun!  We stayed there over night and enjoyed the fellowship.  Thanks to Mamaw and Papaw for watching the kids so we could go!
