Yesterday the MOPS had a family field trip to Patterson Farms Pumpkin Patch. It was a lot of fun! First, we fed some of the animals. The sheep were definitely the most active! Then there was a pig race. This was so funny! They had about 5 or 6 little piglets behind a gate. Around the other side of the circle they had a trough of food, but an added bonus the farmer threw a few oreos to make them run faster.
Beside the race was a small hay maze for toddlers. Maddie and Zack liked it a lot. The next thing we did was take a tractor ride to the pumpkin patch. I think the kids really enjoyed the trip. Their preschool was supposed to go there this past week, but was rescheduled to November due to the rain.
