On the 29th of June we headed down to Folly Beach for our annual family vacation. This was the 2nd time we had been there with all the family. The last time was four years ago when the twins were 11 months old. It took us about four hours and we met Mamaw, Papaw, Aunt Stacy and cousins Aaden and Bentley. We actually got there around noon so we had lunch and did some shopping around town. If you have never been to Folly Beach, you are missing out. It is a small island that has mostly houses up and down the beach. There is only one hotel (as far as I can tell) and one or two condo type hotels. There is only one main street where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. We just love this beach. It isn't over populated with teens, young college kids like Myrtle Beach. It is just a beautiful area and right outside of Charleston.
Once we all got settled, we had dinner and then Aunt Stacy and I did a run. We actually were all tired from the drives so we all went to bed pretty early.
