On Friday we got a special visit from Mamaw and Papaw. Mamaw and Papaw gave Maddie and Zack some cute Easter goodies (I took a picture, but had it set on no flash without realizing it, so it was completely dark...sorry!!) like putt putt set, a princess outfit (obviously for Maddie) and lots of candy. They also received other small toys and kites. After the goodies, Mamaw and mommy went shopping to try and find goodies for Maddie and Zack's room. As I mentioned Maddies room is very close to being done and have already posted those pics. (BTW...thank you so much Mamaw and Papaw for helping!! I would not have been able to complete it with out them.) After shopping Friday, we attended a Tenebrae service at church.
On Saturday Mamaw and mommy took the kiddos out to finish room shopping, while Papaw worked on our yard. Once we got back we completed almost all of both rooms. I have one BIG project left for Zack's room and one small project left for Maddie's.
Sunday we had a wonderful Easter! First we awoke to find that the Easter Bunny came to visit us!
Then we went to church for Easter service. After church we went out to eat. Near the restaurant we ate at there was a water fountain. Maddie and Zack LOVED it! Afterwards we had to get home so the kids could get their naps. That is when we had to say goodbye to Papaw and Mamaw. Thank you so much for visiting with us! We love you!!!!
